Terms of service, in plain language

These are the terms between you and Zanetti Creative, LLC, the operator of AI Apply Bot. They're written to be read, not skimmed past. Last updated: July 2026.

1. The deal

By creating an account or using this site (including the free tools), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service — no hard feelings.

2. What AI Apply Bot is — and isn't

AI Apply Bot is a job-search assistant: it discovers postings, scores them against your profile, drafts tailored application documents, and tracks your applications. It only prepares; you review and approve every submission, and every application is sent as you, from your own email. It is not a recruiter, a staffing agency, or a guarantee. No tool can promise interviews or offers, and we don't.

3. Your account

Keep your password private and your account information accurate — applications are built from what you tell us. You must be old enough to work legally where you live and to form a contract (in most places, 18). One human per account; you're responsible for activity under yours.

4. Your content stays yours

Your profile, resumes, cover letters, applications, and messages belong to you. You give Zanetti Creative, LLC only the narrow license needed to store and process them so the service can function — nothing more. You can export everything with one click or delete your account (and all its data) at any time, and those rights don't depend on paying us.

5. Use it honestly

Don't use AI Apply Bot to misrepresent your qualifications, apply as someone else, or spam employers. The tailoring engine reorganizes your real experience toward each posting — it never invents credentials, and neither should you. Don't probe, overload, or attempt to break the service, resell it without permission, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Free tools

The free tools (like the resume checker and resume builder) run in your browser, require no account, and are provided as-is. Scores and suggestions are informational — good-faith guidance, not professional advice.

7. Subscriptions and billing

If a paid plan is offered, the price is shown before you pay, payments are processed by Stripe (we never see or store card numbers), and you can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and your data remains exportable afterward. If something went wrong with a charge, write to bill@billzanetti.com and we'll sort it out like adults.

8. Other people's websites

Job postings come from third-party sources (job APIs, employer hiring boards). Those sites, and any accounts you hold on them, are governed by their own terms — accounts on employer portals are always created with your email and belong to you. We're not responsible for the accuracy of third-party postings, and a listed salary or job description is the employer's claim, not ours.

9. The service, as-is

We work to keep AI Apply Bot fast, accurate, and available, but it's provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. Features may change; if we ever discontinue the service, you'll have notice and time to export everything.

10. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zanetti Creative, LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost opportunities, lost wages, or a job search that doesn't pan out — and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $50 if you've paid nothing). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

11. Ending things

You can close your account whenever you like — export first; the button's right there. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, but except in cases of abuse we'll give notice and a window to take your data with you. Holding your job search hostage is the exact thing this product was built against.

12. Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so on the site (and by email if you have an account) before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.

13. The legal wrapper

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Zanetti Creative, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms plus the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us.
